Terms
Deposit: 50% upon booking, balance payable upon arrival. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made 90 or more days in advance. If cancellations are 60 days in advance a 50% refund to your deposit is available. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Exceptions are made if you re-schedule dates within two months of your original booking.
A $50 cabin cleaning fee will be applied on all rentals. Should you choose to clean the cabin prior to your departure the fee will be refunded.
